Viewing PDF Files

Some sections of the MatriX Systems web site offer documents available for viewing in PDF (Adobe Acrobat) format.  Adobe Acrobat is the standard in document sharing.  It allows us to share documents with you no matter what kind of computer you are using.

If you see a link on the MatriX Systems web site to a PDF document and you have Adobe Acrobat installed.  Then just click the link once and the document will load in your browser.  If you do not have Adobe Acrobat installed use the "Get Adobe Acrobat" icon on the corresponding page to go to Adobe's web site and download the reader for free.  Once installed, you will be able to return to our site and view the document.

If you have problems viewing documents or installing the Adobe Acrobat software, please contact support@matrix.com.pk or Adobe for support.

Printing PDF Files

If you have Adobe Acrobat installed and you are able to view files in your browser window or in the Adobe Acrobat software, then you know you have the software installed correctly.  If you have problems with the software only printing the first page or the software dropping out text or graphics then here is the process to print documents.

Click the "printer" icon in the browser window, not your print button in your browser.  Once you have clicked the "printer" icon in the browser window you should be presented with a print dialog.  Please select the pages range that you would like to print and make sure that the "print to image" is checked.  This usually fixes the problem with the documents not printing correctly.  If you still have this problem, please contact support@matrix.com.pk or Adobe for support.
